Shift type of job in Murmansk

The main activities/tasks of E&Î Engineer are the following:

• Review electrical drawings
• Check wiring of components as per Electrical Diagrams
• Check interface wiring between devices, components and locations.
• Check remote wiring and interface (Control Room, customer Station Control System)
• Check calibrate protective devices
• Check and set motor starters
• Ceck PLC logic related with electrical equipment
• Cables laying, integrity tests
• Grounding and hearting system
• Check switch gear, circuit breakers and cubicles as per electrical dwgs
• Check starting Motor Control Circuit (MCC), verify power terminations and verify correct motor rotations
• Check and verify metering (voltmeter, wattmeter, current meter)
• Test Electrical Generator insulation resistance and polarization index
• Checks and calibration of Excitation system
• Phase rotation / sequencing verification
• Synchronization of circuit checks and set-up
• Step-up transformer tests and start-up if included
• Mark-up of electrical drawings and ele/instrumental connection, to reflect As-Built configuration
• Cables laying
• Area classification
• Terminal board and wiring connection
• Commissioning and start-up Motor control centre, Inverter, Battery charge, dc/ac motor.
• Commissioning and start-up of Metal Clad Panel, Generator Protection and Control Panel, Transformers, Generator, in collaboration with OEM specialists
