DESCRIPTION:

ALNG2 Project consists on a fixed nearshore LNG plant with 3 process Trains located in Tazovsky District of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Region (YNAR), Russia.

Main Construction strategy for each LNG Train includes topside modules to be fabricated in Local yard and international module yards and integrated on a GBS.

The Mechanical/Rotating Commissioning Lead Engineer will be assigned and acts as coordinator for all Mechanical commissioning activities to be performed at the work locations.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for mechanical commissioning execution plan and general testing procedures in line with project specification and regulation.
• Ensure the technical integrity is achieved for the mechanical activities.
• Recruitment of mechanical supervisors.
• Coordination and supervision of Vendors, Field engineers and technicians.
• Responsible for safety, safe working practices and environment issues in all areas under his control.
• Ensure the works proceed in conformity with the schedule and report any deviation to the Worksite Commissioning Manager.
• Liaises with the Subcontractor for the execution of the commissioning activities(in particular activities for rotating, static equipment, HVAC of modularised buildings, preservation and operation, etc…).
• Ensure correct power distribution and energization necessary to equipment for their own tests as well as the relevant safety precautions organization (work permit, lock out/tag out).
• Prepare all the associated documentation for Commissioning activities and follow up in the completion data base.
• Maintain a comprehensive log of activities and report progress to the Mechanical/Rotating Commissioning Superintendent.
• Utilize completion management system (EASYPLANT), for the preparation, execution and monitoring of discipline Commissioning activities
• Interface and coordination of the activities with Construction Supervisor , Subcontractor and third party.
• Manage and coordinate availability of all documentation issued during the commissioning phase and necessary for Completion and Handover activities.
• Coordinate the completion of punch list clearance with Construction and Subcontractor in areas under his control

Experience Requirement: (i.e. Qualifications, skills, abilities, behaviours, ability to meet special job requirements)

• Minimum 10 years plus in Oil & Gas facility projects/ LNG Commissioning Start-up or Operation
• Experience in troubleshooting problems with mechanical
• Able to interact with all professionals of project management
• Familiar with PTW and LOTO systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, handling a team of technicians .
• Problem identification & initiating changes to full implementation
• Driving HSE performance in the project execution
• To have technical vocabulary and very good level in English
