Job summary:

The Painting/Coating Supervisor should have a good experience in other projects according to the competency form of Coating repairs.

He will be experienced in Manual Painting/coating / Holiday detection and coating repairs.

He will be qualified to use the coating equipment, be knowledgeable of the coating procedure and specification requirements.

Should ensure compliance of the coating process with the Project

Duties:

He will be qualified and experienced to work in the permafrost and under various weather conditions.

Supervise all the Painting/Coating/PFP operations and personnel involve in the Painting/Coating/PFP activities.

Ensure that all equipments and machines required are maintained in good order with daily checks.

Ensuring that all products required to perform the activities are maintain according to the suppliers recommendations.

Ensuring all the personnel will be suitably trained and competent in the work they carried out.

Ensure all the operations are carried out safely.

Perform a Job safety Analysis on a daily basis.

Perform a Tool box talk with all crew members who are taking an active part on daily activities.

Attend safety and quality meetings as required.

Be aware of the environmental aspects of the work.

Requirements:

• 5+ years or more experience in construction painting/coating/PFP operations;
• Higher education;
• Operational level of English;
• MS Office package;
• Ability to interact with all levels of the workforce;
• Ability to motivate and drive productivity among the work force using sound human relation skills;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Conditions:

• Rotation 56/21 in Belokamenka (Murmansk Region)
• Fixed term contract (1 year with clear possibility of extension)
• 10 hour working day, 6/1 working week
