Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in heavy lifting
• Fully familiar with the current standards and statutory requirements for Lifting/Rigging/Heavy Hauling activities in Russian Federation
• Good working level of English
• Good communication and team management skills

Main responsibilities:

• Scheduling and planning for heavy lifts (troubleshoot issues)
• On site supervision of Heavy lifts
• Heavy lift transport planning and coordination
• Inspection and approval of Heavy lift tackle
• Consulting with Engineering for rigging solutions
• Consulting with Construction department on lifting issues
• Advise contractors, subcontractors and PMT on Lifting/Rigging/Heavy Hauling best practices
