Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning and managing of works within the project in line with applicable internal standards, procedures, systems and local legislation, in order to ensure the project is executed and the deliverables are met in line with the agreed contract requirements.

• Ensure operation executions are in compliance with SHE-Q standards and procedures, and lead by example in regard to safety awareness, including maintenance of health and safety logs on the project;
• Represents the Company in joint work with other organizations on the project, with representatives of the Customer, within the limits of his competence and authority in accordance with the issued power of attorney. Preparation of acts of performance, reports and signing by the Customer;
• Provide insights regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by means of periodical and ad-hoc reports and analyses in line with the reporting requirements;
• Search for subcontractors / suppliers of goods / services for the needs of the project;
• Supervision of contracts with subcontractors / suppliers of goods / services for the project;
• Creation of invoices for payment in SAP, payment control, collection of closing documents for accounting;
• Maintaining internal accounting documents such as: time sheet / fuel sheet / time sheet of equipment, etc;
• Organization of mobilization of personnel and equipment: passes to the project implementation site, coordination of drivers (third parties), search for housing for company employees on the project.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of:

(project preparation, quality, project structures, planning, risk management, contracts, costs & finance, practice interviews, project execution, leadership, teamwork & communication, conflicts & negotiations);

• English – Intermediate Level.
