KAZ Minerals Russia is looking for potential candidates for the position of Translator/ Training Assistant within Training & Development Section in our Peschanka Site (Chukotka region).

Reports to: Training Superintendent

Structural division: Training & Development Section / Human Resources & General Services Department

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mining or other heavy industry;

• Maintain both personal action and speech in a professional manner;

• Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures;

• Ability to work in a challenging work environment;
• Database management and data entry;
• Good communication skills – able to communicate with people of different backgrounds;
• Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office package (Excel, Power Point);
• English language: Upper-Intermediate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure compliance to accurate and timely data entry and filing for all Training & Development requirements.
• Ensure all rosters and training team scheduling and planning tools are utilized and effectively up to date;
• Ensure the periodic auditing (annually) of training filing, document control and training systems;
• Compliance to the security of the training systems, electronic and hard copy.
• Provide document control, using the relevant Kaz Minerals process, for the Training Department.
• Manage the scheduling of the training facilities and resources;
• Translation of training documentation between Russian/English as required;
• Act as verbal translator when required for non Russian speaking employees within the training team;
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of meetings;
