- Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures and Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) Program with recommendations to eliminate future equipment problems.
- Direct condition monitoring, reliability, and performance evaluation for all site equipment.
- Oversee vibration analysis data for mobile equipment, generate reports and initiate necessary corrective & preventive actions.

Managing and overseeing a team of condition monitoring technicians.

Developing and implementing a condition monitoring program to ensure the reliable operation of Mobile equipment.

Oversee Condition Monitoring tests and Non-Destructive Testing methods of inspection to ensure quality o detect discontinuities.

Monitor and improve performance for inspection and /or repairs, ensuring that assigned jobs are managed in accordance with the Company's environmental and safety procedures.
- Provide technical support regarding status of predictive maintenance jobs/projects and identify areas of improvement.

Monitors the collection of Oils, Coolant and Fuel samples,

Have knowledge of the Different Types of Oils, Coolants and Grease.

Be able to follow monitoring checklists and keep logbooks.

Provides recommendation and work request for maintenance based on the analysis and findings from the condition monitoring.

Generates reports that can lead to Root Cause Analysis and provides corrective and preventive actions.

Follow the preservation schedule for the rotating equipment’s like gearboxes, motors, pumps (rotating the shafts).

Higher Education – Bachelor’s degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or equivalent preferred, Post Graduate Education in Reliability Engineering or Certified Reliability Engineer qualification an advantage
- 5 years’ experience in rotary machinery Maintenance and Condition monitoring related field.
- Experience in Heavy Mobile Equipment Maintenance.
- Practical experience with a range of condition monitoring techniques, such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, ultrasonics, and Tires monitoring.
- At least 3 years worked Minerals or Chemical Industry in the development of Reliability, good understanding of equipment checking, maintenance and repair practices.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading and managing Reliability crew, including setting goals, providing feedback, and coaching team members.
- English - Fluent.
- Direct contract.
- Work schedule: Rotation (6 weeks by 6 weeks).
