Мы ищем Супервайзора по безопасности со знанием английского языка для работы вахтовым методом на месторождении на Чукотке .

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education;
• At least 6-8 years of work experience in security function in commercial organizations or in state security agencies;
• Experience in organizing security services for the facilities, quality control of security company services, investigation and official inspections;
• At least 3 years of experience in managerial position;
• English - confident speaking and writing skills (Upper-Intermediate level);
• Computer skills - MS Office, SPARK (Professional Market and Company Analysis System);
• Readiness for rotation work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure development and updating of Company's local regulatory documents in the area of work at the facility in accordance with the RF legislation and corporate requirements;
• Organize preparation of documents for conclusion of agreements on site security, equipment supply, construction and maintenance of security systems;
• Control the execution of contracts in the area of site security (timely and correct execution and issuance of commercial invoices, VAT invoices, certificates of work performed, certificates of services provided, acceptance certificates, delivery notes, commodity bills, preparation of necessary letters and notices, initiate the issuance of claims to the counterparty, prepare an expert conclusion on the validity of claims made by the counterparty, etc.);
• Organize and control engineering and technical protection of the site;
• Participate in planning of work and implementation of a series of measures to ensure engineering and technical protection of the site;
• Participate in classification and certification of the Company's site in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
• Сontrol implementation of routine, integrated and target programs of technical fit-out and revamp of the Company's facilities with engineering and technical protection means;
• Organize and control the implementation of measures to ensure internal security policy and access control at the Company's site using engineering and technical protection means;
• Develop and participate in coordination of technical specifications for design of equipping the Company's sites with engineering and technical security systems. Organize their operation, maintenance and upgrade;
• Prepare proposals on organization and improvement of engineering and technical protection system in the Company. When required, make proposals to the Company's management to adjust business plans regarding security costs;
• Organize physical protection and security of the Company's facilities, coordinate and control the activities of security companies within the framework of concluded contracts. Timely develop and make proposals to improve physical protection and security of the Company's facilities;
• Organize and conduct training exercises, trainings and other joint activities with employees of the Company and security companies to improve physical security, protection of facilities, as well as other actions to prevent theft;
• Ensure liaison with security departments and organizations maintaining engineering and technical security facilities. Carry out constant control over the quality of services provided, sign certificates of the work performed under the facility security services agreements;
• Participate in the work of commissions following the identified facts of damage caused by the Company's employees to the Company's economic interests and the Company, participate in internal investigations and preparation of relevant conclusions and proposals;
• Organize liaison with law enforcement bodies to take timely measures to assist the Company's employees in case of threats to their personal safety;
• Carry out checks on the criminal records of the facility visitors and employees of contracting companies during their performance of works/services at the facility or their visit to the facility. Inform the immediate supervisor about identified security risks and conflicts of interest; prepare proposals to eliminate causes and conditions of their occurrence;
• Identify signs of corruption, abuse, corporate fraud on the part of the Company's employees at the facility, activities of criminal groups that cause damage to the Company and the public, report information on detected violations in accordance with the established procedure. Carry out (also in cooperation with law enforcement agencies) measures to identify, prevent and suppress illegal activities of persons aimed at causing damage to the Company and the public.
